Not sure if Jiffy cornbread is organic but it's dang good for about $.50 a box. Just throw in some additional kernals and a little bit of diced chillies/bell pepper, maybe a little chedder in the mix or on top, and BAM. Cheap and easy and people will think you went out of your way for about one dollar.
I don't know if this is natural enough, but I just use the bag of Martha white cotton pickin' cornbread. It is easy, and very good, and it doesnt' make too much.

I'll add some grated cheese, a pickled jalapeno, and a little sour cream if I want something different.
EASY CORNBREAD

1 c. sifted all purpose flour

3 tbsp. sugar (opt.)

3 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. salt

1 c. cornmeal

1 egg, beaten

1/4 c. Wesson oil

1 1/4 c. milk

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in cornmeal. Combine egg, oil and milk; add to dry ingredients and mix quickly. Turn into oiled 11'; x 7 1/2'; pan. Or, heat oil in 10'; round, iron skillet, quickly pour in batter. Bake 30 minutes. Batter may be topped with diced, uncooked bacon before baking. To make cornsticks, heat cornstick pan in oven. Remove from oven, brush with oil, fill hot pan 2/3 full. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

EXCELLENT AND EASY CORNBREAD

2 sticks butter

1 c. milk

2 eggs

2 c. Bisquick

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1/2 c. sugar

1/2 c. yellow cornmeal

Melt the butter. Combine with remaining ingredients, mixing with a fork (but not too much). Pour into greased and floured glass baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Recipe can be doubled. This can be made ahead of time and stored, covered, in the refrigerator until time to bake.
I would buy it in a box and mix by directions.
I use jiffy mix. Easy, cheap, and good. To Dr. it up add can cream corn, small whole corn, with gr. %26amp; red peppers, and Mexican mix cheese. If you do the Dr. up, use 2 boxes of mix.
Frankly, the best recipe that I have found is the Marie Callender's corn bread recipe - its already in a can at the store ready to finish!

Sorry its not the best answer, but after trying a ton of recipes for use with my chili, I found it to be liked by most everyone!
