Cornbread salad recipe?

My friend is looking for one that includes pineapple and bacon... We've search the internet and haven't found any with those two ingredients... So if you have one - please share!Cornbread salad recipe?
I have this one, but sorry no pineapple. I suppose you could just add 1/4 cup crushed to the recipe.





7 cups cornbread, torn into bite size pieces


6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled


1/3-1/2 cup red onions, chopped


1/4 cup green bell peppers, chopped


1/4 cup red bell peppers, chopped


2 small tomatoes, seeded and chopped


1/4 cup sweet pickles, chopped


1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped


1 cup mayonnaise


1/4 cup sweet pickle juice


1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper


1 dash ground red pepper





Directions:





In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet pickle juice and peppers and set aside.





In a large bowl combine the remaining ingredients, tossing well.


Add the dressing mix to the cornbread mixture just before serving
